Meet the founderGen Z Whisperer

Eric Fan, founder of Squarage®, is a millennial who graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Marketing and received his M.A. from the School of Hard Knocks. He was in the corporate workforce from 2004-2014 and then exited to preserve his sanity and extend his lifespan.

He has worked for and with cranky, hard-to-please, paper-pusher, my way or the highway, and micro-managers for 10+ years. He’s also interviewed over 200x and took all of his corporate workforce experiences, trade secrets, and lifehacks from on-the-job training, ad-hoc tasks, coffee breaks, water cooler talks, reprimands, vacation days, and put it in a blender to create Career Readiness and Mental Health content for you to enhance student success, employability, job placement, and job retention.
